Lamb Steaks With Apricot Sauce

- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 6 lamb steaks shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 cups fresh apricots shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill to maximum heat.
- Mix honey with oil and brush over steaks then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill over high heat 7 minutes per side.
- Put all sauce ingredients into a food processor and process into a smooth puree.
- Decorate each steak with a sprig of mint and serve on a pool of sauce.
