This is a great salad that I have tried many times. It came from an estate sale that I purchased in 1988. I make it often for my lunch and never get tired of it. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas diced
  • 1/2 cup diced canned pineapple
  • 1-1/2 cups canned albacore tuna
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickle
  • Mayonnaise to moisten

Directions
  1. Mix bananas and pineapple together then add flaked albacore.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients then garnish with crisp lettuce and lemon slices.
