Cucumber and Sour Cream Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Kg. cucumbers, Peeled, Sliced shopping list
- 2 Cups, sour cream shopping list
- 4 cloves, garlic, Finely Chopped or Crushed shopping list
- 1 Tsp, Chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp, Mild Powdered paprika shopping list
- salt to Taste shopping list
- Freshly ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1 ~ Place the cucumbers in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and leave for one hour to extract water. Drain cucumbers and transfer to a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped garlic, parsley, paprika, pepper and sour cream. Mix well and serve.
