Ingredients
  • 1 Kg. Cucumbers, Peeled, Sliced
  • 2 Cups, Sour Cream
  • 4 Cloves, Garlic, Finely Chopped or Crushed
  • 1 Tsp, Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 Tsp, Mild Powdered Paprika
  • Salt to Taste
  • Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions
  1. 1 ~ Place the cucumbers in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and leave for one hour to extract water. Drain cucumbers and transfer to a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped garlic, parsley, paprika, pepper and sour cream. Mix well and serve.
