How to make it

  • Halve each slice of ham lengthwise and wrap around each of the asparagus spears.
  • Brush the ham and asparagus lightly with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
  • Cook on a medium grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequently, until the aspargus is tender, but still quite firm and definetly NOT mushy.
  • Serve immediately.
