Grilled Asparagus with salt-cured Ham

- 6 slices of Serrano ham (or prosciutto or Presunto) shopping list
- 12 FRESH asparagus spears shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- coarse black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Halve each slice of ham lengthwise and wrap around each of the asparagus spears.
- Brush the ham and asparagus lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
- Cook on a medium grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequently, until the aspargus is tender, but still quite firm and definetly NOT mushy.
- Serve immediately.
