Ingredients
  • 1 pound Hamburger Beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • flour
  • 2 -10.5 oz. cans Campbell's Beef Gravy
  • 1-16 oz. pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • OPTIONAL - 1 potato, diced about 1/4 "
  • ............ OR - 1/3-1/2 cup elbow mac, pre-cooked

Directions
  1. - Mash the hamburger into the bottom of a 2-1/2-quart sauce pan (3-quart if adding options).
  2. - Brown over medium heat until the top shows beginnings of browning around the edges, indicating the 1st side is browned.
  3. - Add the chopped onion and stir to break and turn the hamburger and move the onion into contact with the heat.
  4. - OPTIONALLY, fry the diced potatoes in a little light olive oil & butter,
  5. ................... OR pre-cook the pasta (pkg, instructions.
  6. - Continue to saute.
  7. - Add a little flour to absorb some of the hb greasew and continue to saute until flour is cooked.
  8. - Once all the hamburger is browned and the onions are at least translucent add the rest of the ingredients.
  9. - Add OPTIONAL ingreds.
  10. - Lower heat and simmer 20+ minutes.
  11. - Taste and adjust seasonings.
  12. I serve with plain ol' bread & butter sandwiches.
