Spinch and Manouri Cheese salad

This is more of an assemblage than a recipe, but it's an easy and delicious salad to throw together - it's sweet enough it could be served as a dessert salad!
Ingredients
- Washed and dried baby spinach leaves shopping list
- Crumbled Mt. Vikos Manouri cheese (there's probably other brands, but this is great stuff!) shopping list
- Raw walnut halves and pieces shopping list
- dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice (regular dried cranberries would work, but might be too sweet) shopping list
- Good quality honey - I use fireweed or blackberry shopping list
How to make it
- Place a bed of baby spinach leaves on each salad plate
- Sprinkle walnut bits, a handful of cranberries and crumbled Manouri cheese over the spinach
- Drizzle honey over salad to taste
