CREAMY MEXICAN SALAD DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Smith Estate in Granbury, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons minced tomato
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced canned jalapeno slices
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Cover and chill until needed.
