How to make it

  • Cut bread lengthwise into 3 layers then cook bacon until done but not crisp then set aside.
  • Sauté onion in butter until clear then remove from heat and add mustard and seeds then stir.
  • On bottom layer of bread thinly spread on mustard mixture then put on 6 slices of bacon.
  • Top with 2 slices of Swiss cheese and grated mozzarella.
  • Repeat on next layer saving enough mustard mixture to spread thinly on top slice.
  • Sprinkle with more poppy seeds then wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
