How to make it

  • dice the chicken(skin and all) into small 1cm by1cm cubes
  • add diced celery and roasted bell peppers
  • slice grapes thin and add
  • add the Mayo, and herbs, salt to taste and about1/2 TBSP pf cracked black pepper
  • mix everything together well and serve
  • if its too dry add more mayo as needed and for an extra kick, you can add 1 TSP of BBQ sauce( i prefer Bulleye) and 1/2 TSP red pepper flakes
  • chill well and serve with crackers or toasted sourdough bread
