Garlic Vemouth Chicken

- 2 split chicken breasts shopping list
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup sweet vermouth shopping list
- 40 cloves garlic peeled shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in frying pan then add oil and brown chicken well on both sides.
- Remove chicken from pan then add garlic and sauté 1 minute and add vermouth and stir well.
- Put chicken back in pan on top of garlic then cover and simmer 1 hour turning chicken often.
