Apple Country Chicken

- 1 teaspoon curry powder shopping list
- 1 large golden delicious apple cored and chopped shopping list
- 1 large yellow onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 4 ounces mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon shopping list
- 2 cups apple cider shopping list
- 3-1/2 pounds skinned chicken thighs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
How to make it
- Place curry powder in a wide frying pan and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add apple, onion, juice, mushrooms, bouillon, and 1-1/2 cup apple juice and bring to boil.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry then add to pan and reduce heat then cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- Lift chicken from pan and arrange on a warm platter and keep warm.
- Blend flour and remaining apple juice then gradually add to sauce in pan stirring often.
- Increase heat to high and cook stirring until sauce is thickened then pour over chicken.
