How to make it

  • Place curry powder in a wide frying pan and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add apple, onion, juice, mushrooms, bouillon, and 1-1/2 cup apple juice and bring to boil.
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry then add to pan and reduce heat then cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  • Lift chicken from pan and arrange on a warm platter and keep warm.
  • Blend flour and remaining apple juice then gradually add to sauce in pan stirring often.
  • Increase heat to high and cook stirring until sauce is thickened then pour over chicken.
