How to make it

  • Position knife blade in food processor bowl then add flour and butter.
  • Process until mixture is crumbly then add 1 egg and process until mixture forms a ball.
  • Press dough on bottom and up sides of a tart pan then prick with a fork.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over prepared pastry shell then top with tomato, basil and chives.
  • Combine 3 eggs and next 4 ingredients then stir well and pour over chives.
  • Bake at 400 for 30 minutes then remove from oven and let cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
