How to make it

  • Drain and rinse 2 cans of white beans and empty into a pot. Add the entire contents of the third can to the pot.
  • Add onions, garlic, shredded carrots and cook on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Add rosemary and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.
