Ultra Creamy Mashed Potatoes

- 28 oz canned or fresh chicken broth shopping list
- 5 large potatoes; cut into 1-inch pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup light cream; (18-20% fat) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 dash salt shopping list
- 1 dash garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Place broth and potatoes in saucepan.
- Heat to a boil.
- Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until tender.
- Drain, reserving broth.
- Mash potatoes slightly and place in mixer bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup broth, cream, butter, salt and garlic powder and run on medium setting.
- Add additional broth, if needed, until desired consistency.
