How to make it

  • Combine flour, salt and baking powder and sift into a bowl
  • Beat butter or shortening till smooth and beat in sugar and vanilla beating till fluffy
  • Add dry ingrdients and milk alternately to creamed mixture blending till smooth
  • Whip egg whites with clean betaers till stiff not dry peaks
  • Gently fold into mixture,
  • Fill paper lined muffin tins a bit over half full
  • Bake 375 18 to 20 minutes or till tested done.
  • Cool and frost as desired.
  • Yiled depends on size of the muffin cups
