Wedding White Cup Cakes

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 Tbs baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter or white vegetable shortening shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp clear vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 5 egg whites ( save yolks for another use ) shopping list
- frosting as desired shopping list
- Silver and gold edible cupcake decorations shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour, salt and baking powder and sift into a bowl
- Beat butter or shortening till smooth and beat in sugar and vanilla beating till fluffy
- Add dry ingrdients and milk alternately to creamed mixture blending till smooth
- Whip egg whites with clean betaers till stiff not dry peaks
- Gently fold into mixture,
- Fill paper lined muffin tins a bit over half full
- Bake 375 18 to 20 minutes or till tested done.
- Cool and frost as desired.
- Yiled depends on size of the muffin cups
