Herbed Turkey Breast Recipe

From a box or Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bag, large size. Makes 10 to 12 servings. See recipe for cook time. This can be cooked on the grill or in the oven. It gives directions for both.

Ingredients
  • 1 Reynolds Hot Bags Foil bag, large
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves
  • 5 to 7 pound bone-in turkey breast
  • Seasoned salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Open foil bag.
  3. Lightly spray inside of foil bag with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle flour inside foil bag.
  5. Conbine rosemary, thyme and tarragon.
  6. Rub over turkey breast.
  7. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
  8. Place turkey breast in foil bag.
  9. To seal, double fold open end of foil bag.
  10. Place foil bag in a 1-inch deep pan.
  11. To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven.
  12. GRILL 1 to 1 1/2 hours on medium-high in covered grill OR BAKE 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours in supporting pan in oven.
  13. Use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife.
  14. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to excape.
  15. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
  16. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
