Meatloaf Swedish Style

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds ground round shopping list
- 1/2 cup herbed stuffing finely crushed shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream with 1 teaspoon chopped chives stirred in shopping list
How to make it
- Mix thoroughly beef, egg, herb stuffing, nutmeg and 1/3 cup soup.
- Shape firmly into loaf and place in shallow baking pan then bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Blend remaining soup and sour cream then heat stirring occasionally then serve over loaf.
