Ingredients
  • 2 14-1/2 oz. cans low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup uncooked fine egg noodles
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken breast
  • 1 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • chopped green oinions, chopped (optional)

Directions
  1. In a soup pot, bring broth to a boil.
  2. Add everything else except the green onions
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked
  4. Garnish servings with green onions if desired
