How to make it

  • Drain pineapple slices then reserve all juice.
  • Combine juices, oil, oregano and garlic powder in large shallow dish.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup then add chicken to remaining marinade turning to coat all sides.
  • Cover and marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator then discard marinade.
