Easy Chili

- 2 T. olive oil shopping list
- 2 T. minced dried onions (or fresh) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 lb. hamburger shopping list
- 1 can (15 oz.?) plain diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies shopping list
- 2. T. oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 4 T. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or apple juice concentrate) shopping list
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste shopping list
- 2 cans black beans shopping list
- 1 can chili beans shopping list
- 1 can kidney beans shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 tsp. Wyler's beef bouillon granules shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the meat in a stock pot with the olive oil, onions, and garlic. When browned, add other ingredients and cook through. I usually let mine simmer for about 30 minutes before serving but can be ready as soon as the ingredients are heated.
