Ingredients
  • 200 g mini farfalle pasta
  • 1 can (310 g) corn kernels; drained, flaked
  • 250 g punnet cherry tomatoes; halved
  • 150 g ham slices; coarsely chopped
  • 80 g (1 cup) grated Cheddar
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber; coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ceasar salad dressing

Directions
  1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente.
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine the pasta, corn, tomato, ham, cheddar and cucumber in a large bowl.
  4. Add the dressing and toss until well combined.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
