How to make it

  • Combine evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and soup mix.
  • Blend well.
  • Let stand for about 5 minutes.
  • Add beef and mix well.
  • Mixture will be moist.
  • Shape into balls, using 1 tablespoon for each.
  • Place on rack in broiler pan.
  • Broil 5-6 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes.
  • Do not turn.
  • Combine remaining 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce with ketchup and brown sugar in saucepan and warm.
  • Stir in meatballs and serve as an appetizer.
  • May be frozen and reheated.
