Ingredients

4 yellow corn tortillas

16 pieces asparagus grilled

1/4 cup pepper jack cheese shredded

1/4 cup white cheddar cheese shredded

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil for brushing

Directions

Prepare grill then for each taco spread 1/4 of the cheeses and 4 pieces asparagus on each tortilla.

Season with salt and pepper the fold in half and lightly brush the outside with olive oil.

Grill 3 minutes per side until tortilla is crispy and cheese has melted.
