Mexican Asparagus and Cheese Tortillas

- 4 yellow corn tortillas shopping list
- 16 pieces asparagus grilled shopping list
- 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup white cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- olive oil for brushing shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare grill then for each taco spread 1/4 of the cheeses and 4 pieces asparagus on each tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper the fold in half and lightly brush the outside with olive oil.
- Grill 3 minutes per side until tortilla is crispy and cheese has melted.
