seafood ceviche

- 3 lobster tails shopping list
- 1 large bag of shrimp peeled & deveined ( 30 medium to large) shopping list
- 1 8oz. can jumbo lump crab meat. shopping list
- 16 oz. jar roasted peppers shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper shopping list
- 1 medium yellow pepper shopping list
- 1 medium red pepper shopping list
- 1 large purple onion shopping list
- 2 tbsps miced garlic shopping list
- 1 16 oz. jar salad olives with roasted pepper in middle. shopping list
- plenty of virgin olive oil and vinegar to taste more vinegarette shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Steam lobster tails (10 mins.) Let cool.
- Steam shrimps (1 min.) Let cool.
- Cut tails and shrimp into small pieces and add crab meat.
- Place in a glass jar.
- Dice the roasted peppers along with all other peppers and onion.
- Add minced garlic and salad olives.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil and vinegar to cover all seafood.
- Store in jar with lid for a few days.
- Serve cold out of the fridge.
