Warm and creamy soup that goes great with any kind of rolls.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c of broccoli florets
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1 whole onion sliced
  • 3/4 tspn of fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tbspn of butter or margarine
  • 1 c of milk
  • 1 can of condensed cream of potatoe soup

Directions
  1. Take out a large saucepan and put it over medium heat.
  2. Using the butter saute the broccoli and onion for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Slowly stir in the milk, water and soup.
  4. Add the basil and pepper.
  5. Heat throughly approxamently 15 minutes.
  6. Last but not least add the cheese and stir till melted to your likings.
