Pork Chops With Caramelized Onions And Peppers

- 2 boneless pork chops shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper shopping list
- 1 medium white onion sliced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 7 ounce jar roasted sweet red peppers drained and cut into strips shopping list
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium high heat then brush chops lightly with oil and generously sprinkle both sides of chops with garlic pepper.
- Cook chops for 6 minutes turning occasionally until evenly browned on both sides.
- Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
- Add onion, sugar and garlic to skillet then cook and stir over medium high heat until onion is lightly browned.
- Stir in roasted peppers and vinegar then heat through.
- Serve onion mixture over chops.
