How to make it
- Preheat broiler.
- Trim fat from chops.
- Place in large shallow pan.
- Douse both sides with soy sauce and let stand for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Put under broiler 5 minutes for each side or until brown.
- Reduce heat to 350 then remove chops from broiler.
- Place pineapple slices around chops and pour juice over all then cook 20 minutes.
- Turn chops and pineapple and cook another 20 minutes then dust with cinnamon.
