How to make it

  • Sautee spices, onion and vegetables in olive oil until onion is translucent.
  • Add garlic and spices and sautee 3 more minutes.
  • Add water and salt or soup stock, and lentils. Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer until vegetables and lentils are tender, about 30-45 minutes.
