Ingredients
- 8 large artichokes shopping list
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 8 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon orange juice frozen concentrate shopping list
- 1 tablespoon orange zest shopping list
How to make it
- Discard lower leaves and stems and steam artichokes for 30 minutes.
- Drain and chill then combine remaining ingredients and serve over artichokes.
