Stadium Salsa Vegetarian Burrito Recipe
This dish is incredibly easy, fast and inexpensive to make. But boy-o-boy does it taste incredible!

Ingredients
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • shredded cheese
  • 2 fresh avocados
  • 4 tbs shredded pineapple (from a can)
  • 1 lb (jar) Stadium Salsa (Hot)
  • sour cream

Directions
  1. Remove pit from avocado
  2. Mix thoroughly the avocado, pineapple (drained), Stadium Salsa and cheese in a bowl
  3. Heat refried beans (on stovetop or microwave)
  4. Place all ingredients on flour tortilla, then wrap
  5. Reheat in microwave
  6. Optional: add additional shredded cheese and Stadium Salsa on top with a little sour cream
  7. Serve with tortilla chips and Stadium Salsa
