Breakfast Cornflake Fried Grits

- 3 cups water shopping list
- 3/4 cups of grits shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- corn flake crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- dash of milk shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water with salt
- add grits and cook til thick.
- Pour into a buttered or non stick bread loaf pan and refrigerate.Best to do this night before.
- After the mixture has cooled and is solid, cut into strips and roll into
- beaten egg and milk mixture and roll into some cornflake crumbs.
- Set into a fry pan with oil and brown on all sides.
- Serve with maple syrup.
