Steamed Salmon And Asparagus With Walnut Vinaigrette

- 4 salmon fillets shopping list
- 3/4 pound asparagus trimmed shopping list
- 1-1/3 pound small red potatoes washed and cut in quarters shopping list
- 1 cup honey Dijon vinaigrette shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a three tier bamboo steamer place salmon in one basket.
- Place potatoes in second basket and asparagus in third.
- Set over boiling water and steam 15 minutes.
- Combine vinaigrette and nuts in saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir to blend and heat until hot but not boiling.
- Serve warm sauce over salmon, asparagus and potatoes.
