How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Lightly douse the mushrooms in the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and toss to mix.
  • Roast in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until crispy. NOTE. Smaller pieces will crisp more quickly!
  • Let cool and use on eggs, salads, pasta, anywhere you use bacon! ENJOY!
