How to make it

  • Cut pork and beef into strips or cubes.
  • Create mixture of half soy sauce and half sweet chili sauce and add pork and beef to marinate.
  • Every time I make these kabobs the fruits and vegetables change some. Use whatever fruits and vegetables you have. Other ideas that I did not use in this specific recipe today are: Squash, Orange, Garlic cloves, Lemon, Potato, Jalapeno, etc.
  • Cut the fruits and vegetables into sizes that will fit onto a kabob stick easily.
  • Place all the cut fruits and vegetables into a bowl and right before placing on skewers, add a drizzle of olive oil, paprika and salt a pepper.
  • Alternate placing meats, fruits and vegetables onto kabob skewers.
  • Grill on low heat, turning the kabobs often. Approx. 30 minutes
  • Serve on a bed of white rice.
