Ingredients
  • Pork - steaks
  • Beef - flank or flat iron
  • Vegetables
  • Bell pepper
  • Onion
  • Squash
  • Mushroom
  • Fruits
  • Apple
  • Lime
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Hungarian Paprika (smoked)

Directions
  1. Cut pork and beef into strips or cubes.
  2. Create mixture of half soy sauce and half sweet chili sauce and add pork and beef to marinate.
  3. Every time I make these kabobs the fruits and vegetables change some. Use whatever fruits and vegetables you have. Other ideas that I did not use in this specific recipe today are: Squash, Orange, Garlic cloves, Lemon, Potato, Jalapeno, etc.
  4. Cut the fruits and vegetables into sizes that will fit onto a kabob stick easily.
  5. Place all the cut fruits and vegetables into a bowl and right before placing on skewers, add a drizzle of olive oil, paprika and salt a pepper.
  6. Alternate placing meats, fruits and vegetables onto kabob skewers.
  7. Grill on low heat, turning the kabobs often. Approx. 30 minutes
  8. Serve on a bed of white rice.
