How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Rinse and dry fresh fruit or vegetable; place in ungreased baking dish.
  • Crush cereal. Stir together cereal and remaining ingredients. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons cereal mixture over fruit or vegetable. Cover and store any remaining mixture in refrigerator.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tender when pierced with fork. Top with raisins if desired.
