Chicken Parmie

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4 Tbs garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 cups bruschetta shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cooked angelhair pasta shopping list
- 1 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp red pepperflakes shopping list
- s/p shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to '375
- Fillet each chicken breast by opening up the middle fold (carefully)
- Place each breast in between parchment paper
- Pound Chicken with whatever is handy (my favorite part) until both breasts are nice and thin
- Salt & Pepper chicken
- Combine bread crumbs with cheese, garlic, & pepper flakes
- Dip chicken in egg then crumb mixture until completely covered
- Place each breast in oiled baking dish
- Throw in oven for 10min. (not literally)
- Cook pasta and heat sauce
- After 10min. flip chicken and bake for 5 more min.
- When chicken juice runs clear in middle take out
- Place chicken on top of noodles and top with sauce
- Eat it and like it...tee hee
