Chicken Parmie Recipe
One of my favorites and another pretty easy dish

Ingredients
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 Tbs garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups bruschetta
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked angelhair pasta
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepperflakes
  • s/p

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to '375
  2. Fillet each chicken breast by opening up the middle fold (carefully)
  3. Place each breast in between parchment paper
  4. Pound Chicken with whatever is handy (my favorite part) until both breasts are nice and thin
  5. Salt & Pepper chicken
  6. Combine bread crumbs with cheese, garlic, & pepper flakes
  7. Dip chicken in egg then crumb mixture until completely covered
  8. Place each breast in oiled baking dish
  9. Throw in oven for 10min. (not literally)
  10. Cook pasta and heat sauce
  11. After 10min. flip chicken and bake for 5 more min.
  12. When chicken juice runs clear in middle take out
  13. Place chicken on top of noodles and top with sauce
  14. Eat it and like it...tee hee
