fairy biscuts

These biscuts are great for childrens party, they are always a big hit.
Ingredients
- 250 grams butter softened shopping list
- 1 cup caster sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tblsp vanilla essence shopping list
- 3 cups of self raising flour shopping list
- 2 cups of hundreds and thousands shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 190 degrees fan forced
- beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined
- add flour and mix through, until forms together to a dough
- put the 100s and 1000s into a bowl
- roll into ball about a tblsp each, flatten into a shape of a disc and then drop one side into the sprinkles then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- place them apart on the tray as they spread out a bit.
