Cookies in general are good.... but these cookies are full of flavors that will jump out at you.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. ground cinnamon
  • 2 sticks butter (soft)
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 t. vinilla
  • 1 c. semi chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Mix flour, soda,cinnamon
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, suger until fluffy. Then beat in egg and vinillia
  3. Beat in flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and cover and chill for 1hr.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 F. and grease 2 cookie sheets
  5. Shape dough into 1 in. balls 2 in, apart and flatten
