How to make it
- In mixer gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese mixing until well blended.
- Mix in vanilla and salt then shape batter into bite size balls and roll in shredded coconut.
- Place on a tray or in a plastic or glass container so that they are not touching each other.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving.
