How to make it

  • Cook and drain macaroni then set aside.
  • Sauté onions and peppers in butter until tender.
  • Add vegetables to macaroni and mix lightly then stir in soup.
  • Pour mixture into a lightly sprayed casserole dish and arrange cheese singles over top.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
