  • Meal No. 1
  • Make lettuce salad, add one sliced carrot, celery and tomatoe.
  • Bake fries in oven.
  • Make gravy per direction.
  • Sliced 1/3 of the french bread
  • Serve the leg and thigh
  • Assemble and serve.
  • Meal No. 2
  • Make lettuce salad with carrot, cucumber and tomatoe
  • Bake fries in oven.
  • Heat up leftover gravy and add 1.5 cups shredded chicken.
  • Make stuffing per direction, add some chopped celery
  • Assemble and serve.
  • Meal No. 3
  • Boil remaining chicken carcass in 4 cups of water.
  • Add onion, bay leaf and some pepper for 20 minutes.
  • Strain and remove remaining chicken meat from carcass.
  • Heat clear broth, add chopped carrots, celery, tomatoe and orzo.
  • Add any remaining chicken gravy to give stock body. Cook for 5 minutes over low with lid one.
  • Add remaining chicken meat and chopped parsley.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • With left over stuffing, I lightly fried 2 paddy cakes and served it with the soup and sliced bread. You should have enough lettuce for a small salad too.
