Ingredients
  • 1 roasted chicken
  • 1 loaf of crusty french bread
  • 1 pkg of gravy mix
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 med tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bottle of dressing
  • 1 pkg of frozen fries
  • 1 pkg stuffin mix
  • 1 bunch of parley
  • 1 small pkg of Orzo pasta or your favourite pasta
  • 2 bay leaves (from my pantry)
  • salt and pepper (from my pantry)

Directions
  1. Meal No. 1
  2. Make lettuce salad, add one sliced carrot, celery and tomatoe.
  3. Bake fries in oven.
  4. Make gravy per direction.
  5. Sliced 1/3 of the french bread
  6. Serve the leg and thigh
  7. Assemble and serve.
  8. Meal No. 2
  9. Make lettuce salad with carrot, cucumber and tomatoe
  10. Bake fries in oven.
  11. Heat up leftover gravy and add 1.5 cups shredded chicken.
  12. Make stuffing per direction, add some chopped celery
  13. Assemble and serve.
  14. Meal No. 3
  15. Boil remaining chicken carcass in 4 cups of water.
  16. Add onion, bay leaf and some pepper for 20 minutes.
  17. Strain and remove remaining chicken meat from carcass.
  18. Heat clear broth, add chopped carrots, celery, tomatoe and orzo.
  19. Add any remaining chicken gravy to give stock body. Cook for 5 minutes over low with lid one.
  20. Add remaining chicken meat and chopped parsley.
  21. Salt and pepper to taste.
  22. With left over stuffing, I lightly fried 2 paddy cakes and served it with the soup and sliced bread. You should have enough lettuce for a small salad too.
