Ingredients
  • 1 c Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 c Soy Milk (vanilla is tasty, regular milk is fine too)
  • 2 tbsp Aluminum-Free Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp raw turbinado sugar (or sub 1tbsp reg/1 tbsp brown)
  • 1 egg's worth or Ener-G egg replacer, or just 1 good ol' egg
  • 1/2 tsp fine ground sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Safflower Oil
  • 1 Nanner (Banana)
  • 1 or 2 Apples (I use Fuji)

Directions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients except for the fruit (if using Egg Replacer, add the dry egg replacer, don't yet worry about the water portion like it says on the box) and gently whisk it all together.
  2. In a mixer/blender, add the wet ingredients and the banana (don't forget to add 2 tsp water if using Egg Replacer) and blend the heck out of it til it's completely liquified.
  3. Dice up the apple(s).
  4. Mix the dry and the wet until the batter forms of course! AND THEN add the apple.
  5. Pre-heat your pan/skillet/cooking surface/ect. on medium-low heat and oil/butter it up.
  6. Cook 'em 2 minutes on each side or until golden, everyone's stove is different, I'm sure you know what you're doing at this point.
  7. YUM YUM EAT 'EM UP!
