A tangy dip for chips (crisps) or anything else

Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chutney
  • Onion
  • Cheese
  • Bit of sugar

Directions
  1. Put some mayonnaise into a bowl.
  2. Mix chutney ( a bit less than the mayo) into the mayo.
  3. Grate the onion very finely.
  4. Use onion according to taste, the more tangy you want it, the more onion you will need.
  5. Grate some cheese very finely.
  6. Mix the whole bunch together.
  7. Taste.
  8. You can add a bit of sugar if the taste is to strong.
