Scampi in curry sauce

- 24 Scampi shopping list
- curry powder (gluten-free) shopping list
- rum shopping list
- 2 green apples (Granny Smith) shopping list
- 1 banana shopping list
- chicken stock powder (gluten-free) shopping list
- 3 deciliter cooking cream (gluten-free) shopping list
- sugar shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- Mixed Salad shopping list
- roasted pine nuts shopping list
- baguette (gluten-free) shopping list
How to make it
- Cooking:
- Warm dishes up in an oven at the lowest temperature (black dishes if you have them)
- Clean the scampi and cut them vertically in 2 from the head to the middle of the scampi.
- Remove the channels on back and belly.(This way they will nicely curl when you bake them)
- Cut the apple into "french fries".(with the peel)
- Heat butter in a pan and add scampi.
- When the scampi are baked, pour some rum over and flame.
- Put the scampi aside and keep them warm with the dishes (turn out the oven)
- Flatten the banana in the pan and add curry powder to taste.
- Add the cream.
- Season with the sugar, the chicken stock powder, the pepper and the salt to taste.
- Let it cook so it becomes a bound sauce.
- Presentation:
- Take the dishes and put 6 scampi, with the tail in the sky, on each dish
- Pour curry sauce in the middle.
- Make a little heap with the mixed salad in the middle of the dish
- Sprinkle the roasted pine nuts and the apple "french fries" over the whole dish
- Eat it with a piece of the baguette
