How to make it

  • Take some olive oil over medium flame.
  • Saute the onions until yellow and tender.
  • Next you want to add carrots and stir.
  • Slowly pour the stock and let this simmer until carrots are tender(20 min)
  • In your blender, pour the mixture in and puree.
  • Finally, pour into the pot and simmer.
  • You can add water if needed!
