Raspberry Basalmic Chicken

- 1/2c chopped red onion shopping list
- 4 (4oz) boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 tsp thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 TBSP basalmic vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/3c sugar free raspberry preserves shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and saute till soft. Combine thyme and 1/4 tsp salt; sprinkle over chicken. Add chicken to skillet; saute 6 minutes per side or until done. Remove chicken to a plate. Reduce heat to medium low. Add 1/4 tsp salt, vinegar, preserves, and pepper to skillet, stirring constantly until preserves melt. Pour over chicken.
