Salmon Fillet With Papaya Avocado Salsa

- 1 medium ripe papaya cut into 1/2" pieces shopping list
- 1 large ripe avocado cut into 1/2" pieces shopping list
- 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 serrano chili peppers shredded and finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves shopping list
- 5 scallions finely chopped shopping list
- 1 medium red bell pepper seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 pound salmon fillet shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare salsa in a medium bowl by combining papaya and avocado.
- Add lime juice and toss gently to coat then add chilies, cilantro, scallions and bell pepper.
- Toss gently then season to taste with salt and set aside.
- In large nonstick skillet heat oil over high heat.
- Add salmon slices and cook over medium high heat 30 seconds on each side.
- To serve arrange salmon slices on individual serving plates.
- Garnish with slices of papaya and avocado then serve salsa on the side.
