How to make it

  • Prepare salsa in a medium bowl by combining papaya and avocado.
  • Add lime juice and toss gently to coat then add chilies, cilantro, scallions and bell pepper.
  • Toss gently then season to taste with salt and set aside.
  • In large nonstick skillet heat oil over high heat.
  • Add salmon slices and cook over medium high heat 30 seconds on each side.
  • To serve arrange salmon slices on individual serving plates.
  • Garnish with slices of papaya and avocado then serve salsa on the side.
