Carrot And Coriander Soup Recipe

Ingredients

3 (28 ounce) cans of roma tomatoes, with juice

1 c. of vegetable stock

1 handful of chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp. of white sugar

1 tbsp. of brown sauce

1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. of olive oil

2 chopped large onions

5 medium chopped carrots

2 cloves of chopped garlic

1 chopped fresh red chile pepper

a pinch salt and pepper

1 c. of heavy cream

Directions

Take some olive oil in a pot over medium flame.

Saute the onions, carrots, garlic and the pepper until they are soft.

Next you will add in the tomatoes, stock, one half of the cilantro, balsamic vinegar, sugar, brown sauce, and then the Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle in your salt and pepper to taste.

Let the soup come to a boil, then bring the flame down for another 30 min.

In your food processor, add the mixture and puree.

When this is creamy, add back to our pot over medium flame.

Just before serving, add cream and cilantro!
