How to make it

  • Take some olive oil in a pot over medium flame.
  • Saute the onions, carrots, garlic and the pepper until they are soft.
  • Next you will add in the tomatoes, stock, one half of the cilantro, balsamic vinegar, sugar, brown sauce, and then the Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle in your salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let the soup come to a boil, then bring the flame down for another 30 min.
  • In your food processor, add the mixture and puree.
  • When this is creamy, add back to our pot over medium flame.
  • Just before serving, add cream and cilantro!
