Ingredients
  • 4 T-bone steaks
  • 4 ears sweet corn in husks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Chili Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup steak sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions
  1. Peel corn leaving husks attached at base then remove silk and rewrap in husks and tie closed.
  2. Soak in cold water 30 minutes then combine glaze ingredients and reserve 1/4 cup.
  3. Drain corn then place on grid over medium coals.
  4. Grill uncovered for 30 minutes turning frequently.
  5. After 10 minutes place steaks on grid with corn then grill uncovered 10 minutes per side.
  6. Turn occasionally and brush with glaze during last 5 minutes.
  7. Combine reserved glaze and butter in 1 cup glass measure.
  8. Microwave on high for 2 minutes stirring once.
  9. Carefully peel corn and brush with chili butter then serve with steaks and remaining chili butter.
