cranberry Pork Roast

- 2 lbs pork roast shopping list
- 14 oz jellied cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1/2 c. cranberry juice shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar or substitute shopping list
- 1 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 2 TB cornstarch shopping list
- 2 TB cold water shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork roast in slow cooker. In med bowl, mash cranberry sauce. Stir sugar, cranberry juice, dry mustard and cloves. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours or until roast is tender. Remove roast and keep warm. Skim fat from juice. Measure 2 cups, adding water if necessary. Pour into sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Combine corn starch and cold water to make gravy. Cook and stir until thickened. Season with salt.
