Ingredients
  • 2 lbs pork roast
  • 14 oz jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. cranberry juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar or substitute
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 TB cornstarch
  • 2 TB cold water
  • salt

Directions
  1. Place pork roast in slow cooker. In med bowl, mash cranberry sauce. Stir sugar, cranberry juice, dry mustard and cloves. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours or until roast is tender. Remove roast and keep warm. Skim fat from juice. Measure 2 cups, adding water if necessary. Pour into sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Combine corn starch and cold water to make gravy. Cook and stir until thickened. Season with salt.
